I was given a case manager out of Lexington named James McKeever. He was So polite. Little did I know he was nothing more than a back stabber. His tactics were delay delay deny and now I'm going to switch you off to the person who lied for you Shannon Kenny. When I called to talk to him, Shannon said he was"out" of the office. Upon speaking with someone else Jim magically appears. These people have been trained to be professional liars. Don't believe anything they tell you and hire a attorney to represent you NOW! I did.
